Billing

Firstly, we recommend contacting your bank to find out why the payment has declined. Once you have resolved the issue with your bank, you don't have to do anything. Lazarus will charge your card again in a week's time from the date your card got declined.

If your card has been cancelled, or it has expired, you can log into your account, and go to Account & Settings > Billing to update your card details.

When you make a payment, you will be emailed a copy of your invoice to download. You can also download your invoice by logging into your account, and go to Account & Settings > Billing

To change your billing information, log in to your account, and go to Account & Settings > Billing.

We accept online credit card payments through our payment solution including: 

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • AMEX
  • Diners Club
  • JCB
  • Discover Card

To be eligible for a refund, there must be errors that are caused by Legacy Web & Apps Limited that are unable to be rectified within a reasonable timeframe. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
